Small Spark Concepts India rollout plan for FY 2021 2022

In 2018, Small Spark Concepts got shortlisted as one of the most innovative companies under the “Atal New India Challenge (ANIC)” scheme under the “Atal Innovation Mission” by NITI Aayog. Since then there has been no looking back. In fact, the team wasn’t prepared to receive the call from the honorable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modiji. Perhaps for any startup, receiving compliments from a dignitary and being appreciated for your patented innovation is a dream come true.

Speaking on the occasion, Here is what Founder Mayur Patil had to say-

“This has been one of the best times for Schörl™ Automotive air filters and for the parent company Small Spark Concepts®. Our excruciating experiments, product development over the last 8 years has started paying off. After cracking the best blend of fibers and completing the product development of the non-woven technical textile, we launched the product for Trucks & Buses where it creates better impact in saving the environment by reducing the harmful pollution and carbon depositions in the engine to improve the engine life and save the environment and air pollution levels within the city and rural areas.”

 

Research & Development:

Small Spark Concepts had been conducting road tests on various motorcycles to be 100% sure of the product before launching it out in the market. Now that the Schörl™ Filters are gaining rapid popularity, it makes them more cautious and responsible to roll out the best quality and long-lasting products to cater to our fellow motorcycle riders and enthusiasts. They would like to be known as the brand that keeps its promise.

Being a mechanical engineer & a motorcycle enthusiast-rider himself, it has taken Mayur a cumbersome 8 years of development to create this patented technology. Recently, he has tested the product on his personal use superbike – a Kawasaki Ninja 650. Needless to say, the product has been performing and delivering fuel economy at its best with City + Highway efficiency ranging between 32 to 35 KMPL.

 

Taking the plunge – Prototyping & increasing the line-up:

They made custom/prototypes for:

• Bajaj Dominar 400
• Honda CBR250
• KTM 390
• Honda Activas
• and few cars

in small quantities for on-road tests and product lifecycle test purposes.

Hence, they decided to minimize making the custom/prototype filters and ramp up the production for best quality products, with the priority on motorcycles. Though this may take a little longer than expected, they are working relentlessly to provide the product to every motorcyclist brother & sister as swiftly and effectively.

 

“Here comes the Boom”

The recent news has not just spiked the demand and enquiries for their product. In fact it has created a sonic boom online. The search for products has led to various platform associated experiencing a tidal wave of sorts among the associates and collaborators who have featured the product.

 

The Upshifters India team reached out to them about same and requested for a rollout plan on this surge.
